
We explored the theme of 'Boxes' in Well Words this week. After choosing a real box, or conjuring up an imaginary one, we completed a number of activities. Have a go now at our final one.
Take something from inside you that makes you feel angry or sad – a negative emotion – place it in the box, put the lid on and seal it down, out of sight, out of touch. Spend two or three minutes writing about how this feels.
