Lift Someone's Heart

We're all stuck at home at the moment, staring at our phones, looking to see if anyone has texted, maybe checking Facebook to get that daily shot of dompamine. 

But whose heart might be lifted by hearing from you today? Is there someone you could call for a chat, or better still, could you write a little note, of card and pop it in the post?
