The Gift of Laughter

"I am especially glad of the divine gift of laughter; it has made the world human and lovable, despite all its pain and wrong."

"Laughter is good for your health. It relaxes the whole body. A good, hearty laugh relieves physical tension and stress, leaving muscles relaxed for up to 45 minutes after. Laughter boosts the immune system. It decreases stress hormones and increases immune cells and infection-fighting antibodies, thus improving your resistance to disease."

Writing Prompt: Do you consider laughter to be a "divine gift"? What has made you laugh today? Are there moments from the past when you remember laughing so much that it made your sides ache and tears roll down your cheeks?

Write about laughter for six minutes. As usual, don't worry about spelling, grammar or punctuation - just keep writing, and as fast as you can.
