Love

Writing prompt:

• Have you built barriers against love? If so, set a timer and write for six minutes about those barriers, and how you can embrace them.
• Is it easier to show love and compassion to others than to yourself? What do you understand  by 'self-love' and 'self-compassion'? Write down any thoughts.
