"Nothing is worth more than laughter. It is strength to laugh and to abandon oneself, to be light." Frida Kahlo
Frida Kahlo is right that nothing is worth more than laughter. This week, I experienced the joy of seeing my son and daughter, now 38 and 36, enjoying a laugh together while sharing crazy Youtube clips. It was good to see, and reminded me of how they used to giggle together when they were kids. They used to giggle too when playing the piano together, just as I used to do when playing duets with my mum. These are cherished memories.

Writing prompts:
- Write about the last time you 'abandoned yourself' to laughter. How did it make you feel? Was there strength in laughing?
- Who makes you laugh the most? Write about that person and the effect they have on you.
- Perhaps at the moment something is stopping you from laughing. Set a timer for six minutes and explore why.
