The 'Well Words' group hasn't met since March 12th. A lot of water has flown under the bridge since then, and we seem to be in a very different place now.
I hope soon to be taking part in some research, done by the University of Chester, which looks at the changes in the provision of writing for well-being groups in England during Covid-19. I will be answering questions about how Covid-19 affected being able to hold our group.
It would help me to know how you feel. Below is a writing prompt to get you thinking about it and I would be grateful if you could share your thoughts either here on the blog, of via my email:
judith.boardman@gmail.com
Writing prompt: Have you missed Well Words? If so, what aspect have you missed (eg. the writing, the meeting with friends, getting out of the house, expressing your feelings). How have you managed without Well Words? Have you kept up a writing practice at home on your own? Have you used the blog? Have you kept up your 'gratefulness' journal. Set a timer and write for ten minutes.
