Writing prompts:

  •  Write about what makes you glad to be alive.
  •  What are you grateful for right now? Make a list.
  •  News reports from Ukraine are disturbing to watch. Set a timer and write for six minutes expressing the emotions you are feeling as a result of what you are witnessing on the news.
  • What would you like to say to President Zelenskyy and the people of Ukraine? Write a letter to them.
  • What would you like to to say to Putin and the people of Russia? Write a letter to them.
