I have now qualified as a Mindfulness meditation instructor and am hoping soon to deliver sessions online.
- Mindful writing sessions will use Mindfulness meditation as a preparation for short, guided writing activities aimed at improving your well-being and mental health. The focus is on the therapeutic process of writing, rather than the finished product.You do not have to share what you have written if this feels uncomfortable, and no one will see it, so no need to worry about handwriting, spelling, grammar or punctuation.
- Meditation sessions will give a brief introduction to Mindfulness and its benefits followed by a guided meditation.
It doesn't matter if you have never meditated or written before, but you will need to have access to Zoom and use an email address.
